1. How to request deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with subject:
FuelMe Data Deletion Request.
To help us locate your records faster, include at least one of:
- Google Play purchase token (if you subscribed to Remove ads).
- Push subscription endpoint (if you enabled push alerts).
- Station ID / station name + approximate date/time of your submitted report.
- Any other identifier visible in the app that can link to your submission.
2. What data we delete
- Remove ads subscription entitlement records linked to your purchase identifier.
- Push notification subscription records linked to your endpoint.
- User-submitted fuel reports/fill-up records that can be matched to your request.
- Related identifiers used to associate the above records.
3. What may be retained and why
- Minimal security and anti-fraud logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Data that must be retained under legal/accounting obligations may be kept for the required period.
- Fully anonymized or aggregated statistics that cannot identify you may be retained.
4. Processing timeline
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Identity verification may be required before deletion.
