FuelMe is an informational tool for fuel prices, stations, and related driver utilities. It does not replace official price displays at the pump, legal obligations, or professional advice.
Many features store data on your device. You are responsible for securing your device and any exports you create.
Prices and station data come from public sources, user contributions, and automated pipelines. No warranty is given as to accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Always verify prices at the pump before refuelling.
You agree not to misuse the service (including submitting false reports or attempting to disrupt infrastructure). You remain responsible for compliance with local laws while driving.
An optional Remove ads subscription is offered via Google Play and/or Apple App Store (e.g. €2.99/month; SKU as shown in the storefront). All product features remain free; the subscription removes ad placements only. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the respective store policies. The price shown in your storefront at purchase prevails.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FuelMe and DC‑Service.eu disclaim liability for indirect damages, loss of profits, or decisions taken based on information shown in the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum allowed by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Ireland, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms where permitted by law.
